India successfully launched its first dedicated navigation satellite using the PSLV from the Sathish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.

On 10th July Ecuador starts new aviation radar system. Ecuadorian Vice-President Jorge announced the Ecuadorian Air Space will be covered in 95% by eight radars that will be located nation wide.

The U.S. Navy on 10th July 2013 succesfully landar a drone the size of a fighter jet aborad an aircraft carrier for the first time.
