JULY - 01

 India successfully launched its first dedicated navigation satellite using the PSLV from the Sathish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
→ IRNSS - 1A, first of the seven satellites, constituting the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS).

 On 10th July Ecuador starts new aviation radar system. Ecuadorian Vice-President Jorge announced the Ecuadorian Air Space will be covered in 95% by eight radars that will be located nation wide.
